We focused on the way in which the conception of the space would promote the strengths of their culture and we thought about the ways in which the place should establish a relationship with them, a long-term bond, that enhances that culture and puts the focus on development of individual and team potential.
Así, diseñamos un proyecto donde se hace evidente a simple vista la democratización de los espacios, anclada en la cultura horizontal que define a Flux IT. A su vez, el espacio mismo ha sido ideado como un espacio customizable, con una gran capacidad de adaptación, respondiendo a las necesidades variables de cada equipo y atendiendo el potencial de crecimiento de la compañía.
Three premises accompanied the general development of the project. Initially, the notion of alive space. This pillar is projected in the adaptability, mobility, versatility, growth and interaction that the place fosters. We design a space capable of maturing over time, accompanying and promoting the organic changes of the company. Another powerful idea that led the project was the idea of home, which made us to design a space in which they feel at home. It is reflected in characteristics that suppose affection, roots, an intense will to return and stay. The idea of a Fluxer family is based on the internal culture of this Argentine IT company. We have developed an experiential experience for these offices that makes them feel at home, and that invites them to always want to return.
Thus, we designed a project where the democratization of spaces is evident at a glance, anchored in the horizontal culture that defines Flux IT. At the same time, the space itself has been designed as a customizable space, with a great capacity for adaptation, responding to the variable needs of each team and attending to the growth potential of the company.
